摘  要:大豆花叶病毒病是危害大豆生产的主要病害之一。为今后开展抗大豆花叶病毒育种工作提供基础材料,对222份国外大豆种质资源进行了抗SMV3强毒株系的鉴定评价。结果表明,供试材料对SMV3株系的抗性变异丰富,病情指数呈连续分布,变化范围为12.82%~92.59%。2年重复鉴定筛选出10份高抗资源,占供试材料的4.51%,分别来自日本(4份)、美国(3份)、加拿大(2份)和韩国(1份)。10份高抗资源在播种类型、生育日数、百粒重、株高、种皮、种脐、花色和茸毛色等性状上存在丰富的遗传变异。Soybean mosaic virus is one of the major diseases endangering soybean production. In order to provide excellent resources for soybean mosaic virus strain resistance breeding in the future, 222 foreign soybean germplasm resources were identified and evaluated for resistance to SMV3 virulent strains. The results showed that the resistance variation of the tested materials to SMV3 strains was rich and the disease index was continuously distributed. The variation ranged from 12.82% to 92.59%. After two-year repeated identification,ten high resistance resources were screened, accounting for 4.51% of the tested materials, which were from Japan(4), America(3), Canada(2) and Korea(1). The ten high resistance resources, riched in genetic variation in sowing type, growth period, 100-seed weight, plant height, seed coat, hilum, flower color, pubescence color and other traits.
