摘  要:以绿宝糯黍子为试验材料,采用水培法,研究不同浓度盐胁迫对幼苗根的生长、渗透调节和根系活力的影响以及施加赤霉素(GA3)对盐胁迫的缓解作用。结果表明,与对照相比,盐胁迫抑制幼苗的生长,对根的抑制作用大于芽;根的伸长作用被强烈抑制,可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸含量升高,根系活力显著下降。盐胁迫同时施加GA3能引起伸长区细胞纵向生长,明显促进根的生长,缓解盐胁迫对幼苗的抑制作用;根中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量无显著升高,而游离脯氨酸含量与根系活力明显高于单盐胁迫并与对照持平,外施GA3可提高幼苗对低盐胁迫的适应性。The present study was designed to investigate the effects of salt stress on plant seedling growth, the content of osmotic regulation substance and root activity, and the protective role of application of GA3against osmotic stress caused by NaCl using hydroponic method in Lübaonuo millet. The results showed that compared with control, salt stress significantly inhibited the growth of seedling and inhibitory effect on root was greater than that on bud. Under salt stress, root elongation was strongly inhibited, soluble protein and free proline contents were increased, and root activity significantly decreased. The results also showed that GA3+NaCl significantly increased the volume of cells in elongation region and the content of free proline, alleviated osmotic stress induced by salt, improved the activity of root and the growth of seedling compared with NaCl treatment.The observations suggested that GA3could promote the growth of Lübaonuo millet seedlings under salt stress and improve salt-tolerance.
