摘　　要：采用熔融挤出法制备聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)复合材料。通过熔融指数仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TG)及万能电子试验机等,分析PETG含量对PBT/PETG的熔体流动速率、相容性、热稳定性、断面形貌及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着PETG含量的增加,PBT/PETG的熔体流动速率降低,熔融温度无明显变化,相对结晶度从93.99%降至58.24%。少量PETG与PBT的相容性较好,当PETG含量超过20%,PETG与PBT的相容性变差,断面形貌由韧性断裂向脆性断裂转变。复合材料的热稳定性与PETG的添加量基本无关。当PETG的添加量在0~20%,PBT/PETG的弯曲强度与拉伸强度随着PETG含量的增加而增强。当PETG的含量大于20%,PBT/PETG的弯曲强度与拉伸强度降低。PETG的含量在10%以内时,PBT/PETG的断裂伸长率小幅增大。而PBT/PETG的缺口冲击强度随PETG含量的增加而下降。Polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)/polyethylene terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester(PETG)composites were prepared by melt extrusion.The effects of PETG content on the melt flow rate,compatibility,thermal stability,fracture morphology and mechanical properties of PBT/PETG were analyzed by melt flow rate instrument,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric analyzer(TG) and universal electronic testing machine.The results show that with the increase of PETG content,the melt flow rate of PBT/PETG decreases,the melting temperature does not change significantly,and the relative crystallinity decreases from93.99% to 58.24%.A small amount of PETG has good compatibility with PBT.When the PETG content is more than20%,the compatibility of PETG and PBT becomes worse,and the fracture morphology changes from ductile fracture to brittle fracture.The thermal stability of the composites is basically independent of the addition amount of PETG.When the content of PETG is 0~20%,the bending strength and tensile strength of PBT/PETG increase with the increase of PETG content.When the content of PETG is more than 20%,the bending strength and tensile strength of PBT/PETG decrease.When the content of PETG is less than 10%,the elongation at break of PBT/PETG increases slightly.The notched impact strength of PBT/PETG decreases with the increase of PETG content.
