摘 要:在云贵高原等强紫外辐射地区,阳光直射易造成作物叶片或花瓣灼伤,需制备一种适宜在强紫外辐射地区使用的高透光、高雾度棚膜,以改善作物生长环境。将自制NMS-02散光剂加入线性低密度聚乙烯,经上吹膜法获得高透光、高雾度聚乙烯散光膜,并分析NMS-02的添加量对聚乙烯薄膜光学性能、力学性能和抗热氧老化性的影响。结果表明:NMS-02添加量为3.0%时,散光剂在基体树脂中均匀分散、相容性佳,保证薄膜透光率同时产生较好的散光增强效果,散光薄膜透光率为91.72%,雾度为65.21%。3.0%散光剂在膜内异相成核起应力传导作用,散光薄膜穿刺强度、直角撕裂强度、拉伸强度对比空白膜均略有提升,散光薄膜抗热氧老化性能也得到提升。In areas with strong ultraviolet radiation such as Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,direct sunlight is easy to cause burns to crop leaves or petals.It is necessary to prepare a high transmittance and high haze greenhouse film suitable for use in areas with strong ultraviolet radiation to improve crop growth environment.The self-made NMS-02 astigmatism agent was added to linear low density polyethylene,and the high transmittance and high haze polyethylene astigmatism film was obtained by up blowing film method.The effects of NMS-02 addition on the optical properties,mechanical properties and thermal oxygen aging resistance of polyethylene film were analyzed.The results show that when the addition amount of NMS-02 is 3.0%,the astigmatism agent is uniformly dispersed in the matrix resin and has good compatibility,which ensures the transmittance of the film and produces better astigmatism enhancement effect,the transmittance of the astigmatism film is 91.72%,and the haze is 65.21%.The 3.0%astigmatic agent plays a stress conduction role in the heterogeneous nucleation in the film.The puncture strength,right angle tear strength and tensile strength of the astigmatic film are slightly improved compared with the blank film,and the thermal oxygen aging resistance of the astigmatic film is also improved.
