尼龙6/扩链剂/纳米纤维素复合材料的制备及其发泡行为研究

摘　　要：通过熔融共混法制备尼龙6/扩链剂(PA6/CE)和尼龙6/扩链剂/纳米纤维素(PA6/CE/α-Cellulose)复合材料,使用差示扫描量热仪、旋转流变仪、扫描电子显微镜等仪器,研究不同α-Cellulose添加量对PA6/CE6/α-Cellulose复合材料的结晶性能、流变性能及发泡性能的影响。结果表明:α-Cellulose的添加使得PA6的结晶温度提高,流变性能明显改善。PA6/CE/α-Cellulose的熔体强度进一步提高。α-Cellulose的添加可以降低PA6结晶成核能垒,促进PA6结晶,提高PA6结晶度。当α-Cellulose添加量为0.5份,通过调控发泡温度为205℃,成功制备泡孔直径为约21.60μm,泡孔密度为2.48×10^(9)个/cm^(3),发泡倍率约为16倍的低密度PA6泡沫材料。Nylon 6/chain extender(PA6/CE) and nylon 6/chain extender/nanocellulose(PA6/CE/α-Cellulose)composites were prepared by melt blending method.The effects of different α-Cellulose additions on the crystallization properties,rheological properties and foaming properties of PA6/CE6/α-Cellulose composites were studied by differential scanning calorimeter,rotational rheometer and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the addition of α-Cellulose increases the crystallization temperature of PA6 and significantly improves the rheological properties.The melt strength of PA6/CE/α-Cellulose is further improved.The addition of α-Cellulose can reduce the nucleation barrier of PA6,promote the crystallization of PA6 and increase the crystallinity of PA6.When the addition of α-Cellulose is 0.5 phr,by adjusting the foaming temperature to 205 ℃,a low-density PA6 foam material with a cell diameter of about 21.60 μm,a cell density of 2.48×10^(9)cells/cm^(3),and a foaming ratio of about 16 times is successfully prepared.
