摘  要:为了提高乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)的抑烟性能,通过熔融共混的方式将硼酸锌(ZB)和海泡石(SEP)加入EVA制备EVA阻燃复合材料,并通过万能试验机,锥形量热仪(CCT),热重分析仪(TG),极限氧指数仪(LOI)和烟密度仪(SDM)等,研究不同添加量的SEP对EVA/ZB复合材料的力学性能、抑烟性能、热稳定性和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:当SEP添加量达到12份,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为提升至9.3 MPa和543%。与未添加SEP的EVA/ZB复合材料相比,添加12份SEP的复合材料的热释放速率峰值(pHRR)从274.8 kW/m^(2)降至253.4 kW/m^(2);总释热量(THR)从33.3 MJ/m^(2)降至25.6 MJ/m^(2);总释烟量(TSP)从0.5 m^(2)降至0.14 m^(2),降低了72%;样品的残留物含量可达52.5%,增加了30.3%;LOI提升至21.2%;有焰最大比光密度(Dsmax)最低值达到73.82。In order to improve the smoke suppression performance of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA),zinc borate(ZB) and sepiolite(SEP) were added into EVA by melt blending to prepare EVA flame retardant composites.The mechanical properties,smoke suppression properties,thermal stability and flame retardancy of EVA/ZB composites with different amount of SEP were studied by universal testing machine,cone calorimeter(CCT),thermogravimetry(TG),limiting oxygen index(LOI) and smoke density meter(SDM).The results show that the tension strength and elongation at break is increased to 9.3 MPa and 543% respectively when the filling amount of SEP added reached 12 phr.Compared with EVA/ZB without SEP,the peak heat release rate(pHRR) of composite with 12 phr is decreased from 274.8 kW/m^(2) to253.4 kW/m^(2);the total heat release(THR) of composite with 12 phr is decreased from 33.3 MJ/m^(2) to 25.6 MJ/m^(2);the total smoke emission(TSP) of composite with 12 phr is decreased from 0.5 m^(2)to 0.14 m^(2)by 72%.The residue content of composite with 12 phr is 52.5%,which is increased by 30.3%.The LOI of composite with 12 phr is increased to 21.2%.The maximum specific optical density(Dsmax) of composite with 12 phr reaches the minimum value of 73.82.
