摘  要:根据汽车尾翼本体结构特点,设计一副顺序阀热流道大型注塑模具。通过模流分析,确定了7点针阀热流道浇口斜顶成型进胶方案。采用“拉钩+导向杆+氮气弹簧+滑块”和“T形块+固定镶块+滑块”的机械式抽芯机构,成功解决了塑件外侧倒扣多、抽芯面积大及脱模困难难题。采用“顶辊+氮气弹簧”组合方式驱动和复位顶出机构安全可靠,与采用液压油缸方式相比,顶出复位时间降低约35%。采用“直通式水管+隔片式水井”组成类似“随形水路”的冷却系统,成型周期缩短约10%。According to structural characteristics of automobile tail body,a large injection mold with sequence valve hot runner was designed.Through the moldflow analysis,the 7-point needle valve hot runner gate inclined top forming glue feeding scheme was determined.The mechanical core-pulling mechanism of ’hook+guide rod+nitrogen spring+slider’ and’T-shaped block+fixed insert+slider’ was used to successfully solve the problems of many upside downs on the outside of plastic parts,large core-pulling area and difficulty in demolding.The ’top roller+nitrogen spring’ combination is used to drive and reset the ejection mechanism,which is safe and reliable.Compared with the hydraulic cylinder method,the ejection reset time is reduced by about 35%.The forming cycle is shortened by about 10% by using a ’straight-through water pipe+spacer well’ to form a cooling system similar to a ’conformal water path’.
