摘　　要：兰西城市群的高质量发展是黄河上游城市群和西北地区经济社会健康发展的重心,是保护“中华水塔”、治理黄河流域一体化的主要载体。兰西城市群依据独特的地缘优势,已形成了自己的发展模式。但是生态环境脆弱、城市群发育程度低、核心城市发展实力弱和辐射功能不足、城市发展动力不足、科技发展水平低、对内对外开放合作层次不高等因素制约其高质量发展。未来应将“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”新发展理念贯穿于兰西城市群发展的全过程,重点从城市联动发展、生态联动治理、产业联动发展三个方面出发,着力打造“大兰州”,建设“大西宁”,牢固树立生态保护“一盘棋”思想,构建产业共生系统,从而推动兰西城市群高质量发展。The high-quality development of Lan-Xi Urban Agglomeration is the focus of the urban agglomeration in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and the healthy and rapid development of economy and society in the northwest region,and it is also the main carrier for the protection of the“Chinese Water Tower”and the integrated management of the Yellow River basin.Lan-Xi Urban Agglomeration has formed its own development model based on its unique geographical advantages.However,there are many factors restricting the high-quality development of Lan-Xi Urban Agglomeration,such as the fragile ecological environment,the low degree of urban agglomeration development,the weak development strength and insufficient radiation function of core cities,the insufficient power for urban development,the low level of scientific and technological development,the lower level of internal and external opening and cooperation,etc.In the future,the new development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing should be run through the whole development process of Lan-Xi Urban Agglomeration.Focusing on three aspects:urban linkage development,ecology linkage governance and industry linkage development,we should put forth effort to construct“Greater Lanzhou”and“Greater Xining”and firmly establish the idea of“one game of chess”for ecological protection,build an industrial symbiosis system,so as to promote the high-quality development of Lan-Xi Urban Agglomeration.
