摘　　要：合格评定与贸易一直以来都是学术热点话题,为研究合格评定互认对区域贸易发展的影响,基于中国和新西兰签订的《关于电子电器产品及其部件合格评定的合作协定》准自然实验的经验证据,利用双重差分法考察这一协议对一国出口贸易额的影响,将研究期间内MRA协议中84类、85类、94类产品的出口情况作为研究样本,以其中出口至新西兰的贸易行为作为处理组,以出口至挪威的贸易行为作为对照组,研究得出,中新贸易协定对扩大出口有着显著的正向影响,中新贸易协定的签订对中国相应出口存在积极正向影响,其中双边互认协议的作用明显。基于此,建议稳中求进,充分发挥我国超大规模的市场优势和内需潜力,在合格评定领域,加强国际合作,推行国际互认。Conformity assessment and trade have always been hot academic topics.In order to study the impact of mutual recognition of conformity assessment on the development of regional trade,based on the Cooperation Agreement on Conformity Assessment of Electronic and Electrical Products and Its Components signed between China and New Zealand,a quasi-natural experiment has been tested by evidence,and the impact of this agreement on a country’s export trade volume has been investigated using the double difference method.The export of 84 and 85 and 94 types of products in the MRA agreement during the study period is taken as the research sample,specifically taking the trade behavior exported to New Zealand as the treatment group,and the trade behavior exported to Norway as the control group.We draw the following conclusions:China-New Zealand Trade Agreement has a significant positive impact on expanding export,and the signing of China-New Zealand Trade Agreement has a positive impact on China’s corresponding export,among which the role of bilateral mutual recognition agreement is obvious.Based on this,it is suggested to make progress while maintaining stability,give full play to China’s super large market advantages and domestic demand potential,strengthen international cooperation and promote international mutual recognition in the field of conformity assessment.
