摘 要:随着唑类抗真菌药物的广泛应用,对其耐药的光滑念珠菌菌株日趋增多。已发现光滑念珠菌对唑类药物耐药主要与外排泵的过度表达、药物靶酶的改变、生物膜形成、细胞自身应激反应、基因不稳定性、线粒体基因突变等相关。本文综述了光滑念珠菌的耐药现状及相关的耐药调控机制,有助于临床预防和克服唑类耐药,探索治疗光滑念珠菌感染的新靶点,开发新型药物。With the widespread application of azoles antifungals,more and more resistant Candida glabrata strains have been detected,which threatens public health seriously.It has been reported that mechanisms underlying the resistance of Candida glabrata to azoles antifungals primarily involve overexpression of efflux pumps,alterations in drug target enzymes,cellular stress response,genetic instability,mitochondrial gene mutation etc.This review focuses on azoles resistance-related status and underlying mechanisms in Candida glabrata,which will help to overcome and prevent azoles resistance in clinical practice,and explore new therapeutic targets and drugs for Candida glabrata infection.
