摘　　要：Ambuic acid类化学成分作为一种潜在的生物群体感应剂,是拟盘多毛孢属Pestalotiopsis真菌的一类特征产物,本文综述了2001年到2021年Pestalotiopsis真菌来源的46个Ambuic acid类化学成分及其药理活性的研究进展,以期为Ambuic acid类成分的研究和开发提供参考。As a potential inhibitor toward quorum sensing system,ambuic acid is the characteristic component of Pestalotiopsis sp..In this paper we have summarized the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities for 46 ambuic acid metabolites derived from fungal genus Pestalotiopsis covering the period from 2001 to 2021,aimed to provide reference for the research and development of ambuic acid compounds.
