摘　　要：肝硬化属于慢性、进行性、弥漫性发炎和纤维化的肝脏病变。肝硬化如果持续恶化,就会导致一系列的并发症,其中以腹水最为多见。目前,临床上西医对于肝硬化腹水的治疗方法有限钠、利尿、放腹水等,但临床效果并不显著,存在患者经济负担大、预后不良等缺点。因此寻找一条与传统西医疗法相区别的相关治疗新途径是当务之急。近年来,大量的临床研究表明,中医护理技术在治疗肝硬化腹水方面具有显著疗效。故本文总结各种中医护理技术在肝硬化腹水治疗中的应用,以期为后续研究提供参考依据。Cirrhosis is a chronic,progressive,diffuse inflammation and fibrosis of the liver.If cirrhosis continues to worsen,it will lead to a series of complications,of which ascites is the most common.Currently,Western medicine has limited therapeutic methods for ascites of cirrhosis such as sodium,diuresis and ascites,but the clinical effect is not significant,and there are disadvantages such as large economic burden on patients and poor prognosis.Therefore,it is urgent to find a new way of treatment which is different from traditional western medicine.In recent years,a large number of clinical studies have shown that the nursing technique of traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable effect on the treatment of ascites in cirrhosis.Therefore,this paper summarizes the application of various TCM nursing techniques in the treatment of ascites in c irrhosis,in order to provide reference for subsequent research.
