健康中国背景下西部某省生殖健康状况与费用分析

摘　　要：目的分析西部某省生殖健康现状,核算其生殖健康费用,为生殖健康疾病的防控与筹资策略制定和调整提供数据支撑。方法根据SHA2011核算框架,核算生殖健康费用的总量规模与筹资水平,结合灰色模型,预测未来费用状况。结果2019年该省的生殖健康卫生费用为471亿元,其中治疗费用占57%;居民个人自付费用水平较高,为36%;费用主要发生在医院,占43%;生殖健康费用主要用于泌尿生殖系统疾病,为115亿元,占43%。结论该省生殖健康现状相对较差,应优化其筹资机制,提升其医疗卫生服务提供能力。Objective To provide data support for the formulation and adjustment of reproductive health diseases prevention and financing strategies by analyzing the current status of reproductive health in a western province in China and accounting for its reproductive health expenses.Methods According to the SHA2011 accounting framework,the total scale of reproductive health expenses and the financing level are accounted for,combined with the gray model,to predict the future cost status.Results In 2019,the province′s reproductive health and hygiene expenses were 47.1 billion yuan and treatment expenses accounted for 57%,and residents′personal out-of-pocket expenses were higher at 36%;expenses were mainly incurred in hospitals and accounted for 43%;reproductive health expenses were mainly used for genitourinary diseases,which was 11.5 billion yuan,accounting for 43%.Conclusion The current situation of reproductive health in this province is relatively poor,so its financing mechanism should be optimized and improve its health service provision capacity.
