摘  要:文章介绍了一起1000MW发电机出线套管烧损事故及其处理过程。通过分析故障现象和现场情况,确定了事故发生的原因为密封油进入了出线套管,积油堵塞了套管的氢气冷却回路,以致冷却风路不畅,套管严重发热,从而烧损了绝缘;同时又破坏了套管与出线罩之间的密封胶,导致氢气大量泄漏。通过对出线套管内部冷却结构进行详细剖析,分析了套管内进油会堵塞氢气冷却回路的原因,并提出了相应的预防改进措施及设计改进方案,为国内同类型发电机分析及处理定子出线套管设备冷却故障提供了参考。This paper introduces the occurrence and treatment of a lead-let bushing burning accident in the 1000MW generator, the cause of the accident is that the sealing oil enters the lead-let bushing and hydrogen cooling circuit of the bushing is blocked by the oil accumulation,resulting in poor cooling air path as well as the serious heating of the bushing, and finally, burning down the insulation.Meanwhile the sealant between the bushing and the outgoing line cover is damaged, resulting in a large amount of hydrogen leakage. The cause why the hydrogen cooling circuit is blocked by oil entering the bushing is found through the detailed analysis of the internal cooling structure of the bushing. The preventive and improvement measures and design improvement scheme are put forward, providing the reference for many domestic generators enterprises that adopting the same type of cooling mode, to analyze and handle the cooling fault of the stator lead-let bushing.
