摘 要:为了优化生产物料的物流运作,针对产品制造过程中将物料配送与取回集成的需求,提出了送取一体化BOM,给出了其内涵与特点,界定了其使用范围与先决条件。送取一体化BOM旨在保障产品制造顺利进行,与制造BOM关系密切。基于制造BOM,采用集合论和关系数据库理论,建立送取一体化BOM模型,制定其构建流程与步骤,并对所构建的送取一体化BOM数据结构进行详细描述。最后以连杆制造为实例,说明所提方法的有效性与合理性,可为送取一体化物流运作提供技术支持和实现途径。In order to optimize the logistics operation of production materials, meet the requirements of the integration of material distribution and pick-up in the product manufacturing process,the paper proposed the simultaneous delivery and pick-up BOM(SDPBOM),gave its conception and characteristics,and defined its limit for the use and precondition. The purpose of the SDPBOM was to ensure the smooth manufacturing of products,which was closely related to manufacturing BOM(MBOM). Furthermore,based on the MBOM,using the knowledge of set theory and relational database theory,the construction steps of the SDPBOM were formulated,and the SDPBOM model was established. In addition,the data structure of the SDPBOM was described.Finally,the connecting rod was taken as an example to illustrate the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method. SDPBOM provided the realization method and way for timely and accurate distribution and pick-up materials.
