摘　　要：“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛是我国深化创新创业教育改革的重要载体,是落实立德树人根本任务、全面提高人才培养质量的重要平台。通过“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛推动高校教育教学改革、提高人才培养质量、缓解大学生就业压力、激发区域经济活力。山东协和学院实施五育融合的“课程双创”、开展全员参与的“项目双创”、创新项目引领型教学模式、构建全覆盖多层级竞赛体系、搭建内外协同“孵化双创”育人平台,增强学生的理论知识,提高学生创新创业实践能力,为各高校探索创新创业教育改革提供宝贵经验。The Internet + college students innovation and entrepreneurship Competition is an important carrier to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and a key platform to comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training. It will promote the reform of teaching, improve the quality of personnel training,ease the pressure on college students’ employment and stimulate regional economic vitality. A sound innovation and entrepreneurship education guarantee mechanism, unified understanding, strengthening organizational guarantee,resource construction, training guidance, incentive guarantee, etc., provides a strong support for the "Internet Plus" college students innovation and entrepreneurship competition. The school has implemented the "curriculum entrepreneurship and innovation" with the integration of the five education, carried out the "project entrepreneurship and innovation" with the participation of all staff, innovated the project-led teaching model, built the full coverage of the multi-level competition system, and built the internal and external cooperation "incubation and entrepreneurship" education platform, which has effectively improved the students’ innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and innovative and entrepreneurial ability, and improved the quality of talent training. It provides valuable experience for universities to explore innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.
