摘　　要：随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速进行,以“四新”经济为代表的新型经济在迅速发展。因此,培养具备家国情怀、使命担当的新时代高水平创新型人才显得尤为重要,高校积极应对新形势新要求带来的挑战,承担赋予重要任务。以中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛作为抓手,着力提高大学生创新创业能力,培养满足国家战略发展需求人才,保障各个行业、各个领域未来的深度发展,从而实现大学生更加充分更高质量就业具有重要引领作用。With the acceleration of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform, the new economy characterized by new technology, new forms of business, new industries and new models is developing vigorously. It is urgent to train a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents who can adapt to the national strategic needs and lead the future economy. Colleges and universities should undertake the important task of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in this process. As an effective way to practice innovation and entrepreneurship education, China International "Internet+" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition plays an important leading role in improving the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of college students in innovation and entrepreneurship, cultivating talents to meet the needs of national strategic development, ensuring the in-depth development of various industries and fields in the future, and achieving high-quality employment of college students.
