摘  要:随着双创教育逐渐融入国民教育体系,教育领域中双创教育资源的高效利用与合理配置逐渐引起学界关注。本文基于资源配置优化的视角,运用ISM模型展开实证研究。研究结果表明“碎片化”是约束双创教育资源共享的表层因素,而学术资源丰度低和全域学习生态链不完善是约束双创教育资源共享的底层因素;产学研协同低效,双创教育研究滞后于社会发展需求为最根本性影响因素;双创教育资源自适应供给模式和激活资源循环再生机制则是提高学术资源丰度,缓解双创教育资源共享约束的重要路径选择。With the gradual integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the national education system, the efficient utilization and rational allocation of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources in the field of education have gradually attracted the attention of the academic community. Based on the perspective of resource allocation optimization, this paper uses ISM model to carry out empirical research. The results show that "fragmentation" is the surface factor constraining the sharing of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources,while the low abundance of academic resources and the imperfect global learning ecological chain are the bottom factors constraining the sharing of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources;The most fundamental influencing factors are the low efficiency of industry university research collaboration and the lagging behind of the research of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in social development;The self-adaptive supply mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources and the activation of the recycling and regeneration mechanism of resources are important path choices to improve the abundance of academic resources and ease the constraints on the sharing of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources.
