摘 要:研究了汽车转向节部件AlSi7Mg铝合金的组织和性能,主要通过不同保温温度和时间的固溶热处理制度,研究了固溶热处理工艺对AlSi7Mg铸造铝合金的组织和力学性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:538℃和8 h保温后,合金固溶更加充分,热处理后合金的共晶组织球化程度较高,固溶温度对共晶组织形态的影响要比保温时间的影响大得多,AlSi7Mg合金在538℃/8 h+淬火+160℃/6 h热处理状态下,材料的综合性能达到了较高的水平,若材料的韧性满足产品要求,可以降低固溶热处理的保温时间,以提高热处理效率。The microstructure and properties of AlSi7Mg aluminum alloy for automobile steering knuckle parts were studied. Mainly through the solution heat treatment system with different holding temperatures and times,the influences of the solution heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the AlSi7Mg cast aluminum alloy were studied. The test results showed that the solid solution of the alloy was more adequate after holding at 538 ℃ for 8h, and the spheroidization degree of eutectic structure of the alloy was relatively high after heat treatment. The effect of the solution temperature on eutectic microstructure was much greater than that of the holding time. Under the condition of 538 ℃/8 h + quenching + 160 ℃/6 h heat treatment, the comprehensive properties of the AlSi7Mg alloy have reached a high level. If the toughness of the material meets the product requirements, the holding time of the solution heat treatment can be reduced and the heat treatment efficiency can be improved.
