摘　　要：硬壳蛤是我国辽宁至广西沿海地区重要的池塘养殖贝类,近年来逐渐发展成为新兴的贝类养殖产业。但硬壳蛤产业存在产业发展相关信息不明确、消费市场总体放缓以及人们认知度低等突出问题。利用文献整理、市场调研和案例分析等方法,从养殖、销售和加工方式3个方面阐述了我国硬壳蛤产业的发展现状,讨论了目前硬壳蛤产业存在的问题,提出了硬壳蛤产业发展的对策建议。即加强种质创新与创制;加强育苗和养殖标准化,提升机械化水平;加强新技术在硬壳蛤加工行业上的应用研究,大力开拓国内市场;打造地方养殖特色。Hard clam(Mercenaria mercenaria) has become an important shellfish for pond culture in the coastal areas from Liaoning to Guangxi, and has gradually formed a new shellfish culture industry. However, the clam industry also has some weak problems, such as unclear information about industrial development, the overall slowdown of the consumer market and low awareness. This paper, by means of literature review, market research and case analysis, expounds the development status of the hard clam industry in China from three aspects of breeding, sales and processing methods, discusses the existing problems in the hard clam industry, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the hard clam industry in China: strengthening the innovation and creation of germplasm;strengthening the standardization of seedling and breeding, and improving the level of mechanization;strengthening the application research of new technology in the hard clam processing industry, and vigorously developing the domestic market;creating local breeding characteristics.
