新型二氧化铈固体催化剂的制备及催化性能

摘  要:采用沉淀法制备了二氧化铈固体催化剂,经过陈化、过滤、烘干、煅烧等过程得到二氧化铈固体粉末催化剂,并对其结构进行了XRD表征。所得二氧化铈固体用于催化N,N-二甲基长链脂肪酸酰胺的合成,对比实验结果表明该催化剂具有良好的催化性能,产品不经提纯即可达到99%以上纯度。催化剂后处理简便,稳定性好,反应结束后通过过滤即可分离回收;回收5次以上,催化剂活性无明显降低。Cerium dioxide solid catalyst was prepared by precipitation method, and the solid powder catalyst was obtained by aging, filtration, drying and calcining, which structure was characterized by XRD. The obtained solid cerium dioxide was used to catalyze the synthesis of long chain N,N-dimethyl fatty acid amides. The results show that the catalyst has good catalytic performance and the purity of the product can reach up to 99% without purification. The catalyst is stable and enjoys operational simplicity. After the reaction, it can be separated and recovered by filtration. After 5 times of recycling, the activity of the catalyst is not significantly decreased.
