摘  要:以聚酰胺酰亚胺(PAI)树脂为基料,制得了一种铁道车辆抗侧滚扭杆用耐磨绝缘涂料,研究了不同树脂基料对绝缘涂层的电气绝缘性能和耐磨性能的影响,并使用SEM、IR、TG对耐磨绝缘涂层进行了性能表征。结果表明:当选用某聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂,采用聚四氟乙烯和二硫化钼润滑剂时,耐磨绝缘涂层的电气强度达到57.2 kV/mm,体积电阻率达到3.2×10^(14)Ω·m,动态摩擦系数低至0.078,经过300万次疲劳试验涂层完好无损。Using polyamide imide(PAI) resin as base material, a wear-resistant insulating coating for anti-rolling torsion bar of railway vehicle was prepared. The effects of different resin base materials on the electrical insulation and wear resistance of the insulating coating were studied. The wear-resistant insulating coating was characterized by SEM, IR and TG. The results showed that when a polyamide imide resin was selected and polytetrafluoroethylene and molybdenum disulfide lubricant were used, the electrical strength of the wear-resistant insulating coating reached 57.2 kV/mm and the volume resistivity reached 3.2 × 10^(14)Ω·m, the dynamic friction coefficient was as low as 0.078 and was intact after 3 million times.
