摘  要:通过对第二代丙烯酸酯胶粘剂配方改进,研制出一种贮存期长、室温固化快、力学性能优异的高性能丙烯酸酯胶粘剂,考察了该胶粘剂在-55℃、23℃、100℃、120℃时对多种金属和非金属材料的剪切强度,测试了不同老化条件(热老化、湿热老化、高低温冲击、耐RP-3航煤、大气盐雾)下该胶粘剂粘接试片的剪切强度保持率,为该胶粘剂以后应用范围提供数据支撑。By improving the formulation of the second-generation acrylate adhesive, a high-performance acrylate adhesive with long storage period, fast curing at room temperature and excellent mechanical properties was developed. The shear strength of the adhesive on various metal and non-metal materials at-55 ℃, 23 ℃,100 ℃, 120 ℃ was investigated. The shear strength retention rate of the adhesive bonding test piece was tested under different aging conditions(heat aging, damp heat aging, high and low temperature impact, RP-3 jet fuel resistance, atmospheric salt spray), which provided data support for the application range of the adhesive.
