摘  要:2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(TPO)是UV-LED光固化涂料中广泛使用的一种光引发剂,但因其生殖毒性问题,寻求其替代品已为工业界广泛关注。本文选用环保型光引发剂2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二甲苯基氧化膦(TMO),对比其与TPO的光物理和化学性能以及在水性UV上光油涂层中的应用性能。结果表明:TMO的光吸收、光漂白和热稳定性均优于TPO,其溶解性与TPO相同。两者应用于水性UV上光油的固化膜在色差、光泽度方面性能相同,而TMO在各种溶剂中的迁移率远低于TPO,显示出较好的环保安全性。2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenyl phosphine oxide(TPO) is a widely used photoinitiator in UV-LED photocuring formulations.Due to reproductive toxicity,the search for its replacement has received a lot of attention in recent years.The eco-friendly 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl-dimethylphenyl phosphine oxide(TMO) was evaluated.The photophysical,photochemical properties and application of TMO in waterborne UV varnish were studied and compared with that of TPO.The results showed that the photo absorption,photobleaching and thermal stability of TMO were better than those of TPO,and the solubility of TMO was the same as that of TPO.The properties of TMO and TPO were the same in color difference and glossiness,while the mobility of TMO in various solvents was much lower than that of TPO,which had good environmental security.
