摘 要:在不同温度下,首先对锌铝渗剂进行烘干处理,再对Q235钢进行了粉末渗镀工艺处理,并通过金相显微镜、显微硬度计、粗糙度仪等仪器对涂层形貌、厚度、显微硬度、粗糙度等性能进行了记录分析。经试验研究发现,烘干温度在150~400℃范围变化时,涂层形貌、厚度、硬度、粗糙度和渗剂结块程度都呈先增加后降低趋势。当烘干温度为300℃时,所获涂层宏观上表面平整光滑、呈银白色,微观上颗粒排列紧凑致密,且涂层厚度、硬度以及粗糙度等性能较为理想。At different temperatures, the zinc and aluminum infiltration agent was first dried, and then the sherardizing process was treated for Q235 steel, and the properties of the coating morphology, thickness, microhardness and roughness were recorded and analyzed by metallographic microscopy, microhardness meter, roughness meter and other instruments. Experimental studies were found that when the drying temperature changes in the range of 150~ 400 ℃, the topography, thickness, hardness, roughness and degree of seepage agglomeration of the coating showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. When the drying temperature was 300 °C, the macroscopic surface of the obtained coating was smooth and silvery-white, the microscopic particle arrangement was compact and dense, and the coating thickness, hardness and roughness were ideal.
