摘 要:介绍一种基于DSP+CPLD架构的某型直升机旋翼转速信号采集方案。设计以DSP为系统的运算及控制核心,配备相应的调理电路,完成将不规则的转速传感器信号调制成同频率、且满足检测要求的信号,然后通过对DSP进行编码,实现旋翼转速信号的精准测量。系统测试结果表明本文所设计的系统具有设计简单、功耗低、稳定性好,可重复开发等特点。This article introduced a rotating speed signal acquisition scheme of helicopter based on DSP+CPLD architecture. The design took DSP as the calculation and control core of the system, and was equipped with the corresponding conditioning circuit. The irregular speed sensor signals were modulated into signals with the same frequency and meet the detection requirements, and then the precise measurement of rotor speed signals was realized by encoding the DSP. System test results show that the designed system has the characteristics of simple design, low power consumption, good stability and repeatable development.
