摘　　要：设计一种新型直线电机的结构,包括定子和动子。动子包括外壳,内部设有若干沿直线排布的铁心单体,铁心单体包括绕线部和拼接部,拼接部的两端分别设有榫头和榫眼,相邻的铁心单体经榫头和榫眼的配合相拼接,拼接部上还设有T形槽,T形槽位于榫头和榫眼之间,包括竖边和横边,T形槽竖边的一端开放有槽口,另一端与横边相连接。论文并叙述了其相应的制造方法。Designed a new type of linear motor structure, including stator and mover. Mover including shell and a number of core monomers which is equipped with internal arranged along a straight line, including winding core monomers and splicing, joining together the representative tenon and mortise, both ends of the adjacent iron core monomers by the matching of the tenon and mortise phase joining together, the top stitching part also have T slot, T groove is located between the tenon and mortise, including vertical side and horizontal side, one end of the vertical side of the T groove is open with a notch, the other end is connected with the horizontal side, and the related manufacturing method was also mentioned.
