摘　　要：随着社会的发展,计算机网络通信技术在多个领域得到了广泛的运用,但容易出现故障问题。文章首先阐述了计算机网络通信技术的内涵和特征,其次分析了计算机网络通信技术故障出现的原因,主要包括硬件故障(如电源问题、模板故障、端口故障)、软件故障(如密码问题、交换机使用问题、配置问题以及安全故障),最后从3个方面给出计算机网络通信技术故障的解决措施。此研究能够让计算机用户和维护人员清楚地了解计算机网络通信故障出现的原因,科学地解决故障。With the development of society, computer network communication technology has been widely used in many fields, but it is prone to failure. This paper first expounds the connotation and characteristics of computer network communication technology, then analyzes the causes of computer network communication technology failures, mainly including hardware failures(such as power supply problems, template failures, port failures), software failures(such as password problems, switch use problems, configuration problems and security failures), and finally gives the solutions to computer network communication technology failures in these three aspects. This research can enable computer users and maintenance personnel to clearly understand the causes of computer network communication failures and solve the failures scientifically.
