数据故事化中的数据关键特征表达有效性研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]数据故事化是大数据时代数据价值发现和价值提升的有效方案,在使用数据故事这种新的数据洞见和知识的表达方法时,探究其对数据关键特征的高效表达方式具有重要价值。[方法/过程]文章在分析数据故事创作的基础上,从视觉叙事流选择、数据故事空间设计、数据故事化技术、数据故事创作中的保健因素与激励因素、数据故事受众等方面探讨数据故事化中的数据关键特征表达效率和质量问题。[结果/结论]视觉叙事流的步进和滚动展示方式在传达效率上没有显著差异,受偏好影响较大。数据故事设计空间对数据故事的表达效率有重要影响,不同的故事模型拥有其特殊的故事叙事能力。数据故事创作中的保健因素与激励因素是数据故事创作应该关注的问题。在数据故事化的众多工具和技术中Web开发与发布、数据分析和数据可视化被认为是最值得关注的技术。数据故事受众的不同会影响数据故事的表达效率,信息传递成效,开发数据故事需重视受众的影响。[Purpose/significance]Data storytelling is an effective method for data value discovery and value enhancement in the era of big data.It is of great value to explore the efficient expression of key features of data when using data storytelling,a new method of expression of data and knowledge.[Method/process]This paper discusses the expressive efficiency and quality of data stories from the aspects of visual narrative flow selection,data story design space,health and incentive factors in data story creation,data storytelling technology,and data story audience.[Result/conclusion]There is no significant difference in the communication efficiency between the stepper and the scroller presentation modes of visual narrative flow,which is greatly affected by preference.The design space for a data story has an important impact on the expressive efficiency of data story,and different story models have their special narrative ability.The factors of“health care”and“incentive”in the creation of data stories should be paid more attention to.Among the many tools and technologies for data storytelling,Web development and publishing,data analysis and data visualization are considered to be the most noteworthy ones.Different audiences of data stories will affect the expression efficiency of data stories and the effectiveness of information transmission.Therefore,it is necessary to focus the development of data stories on the influence of audience factors.
