摘　　要：本文描述了一种基于新型控制芯片CMC(Control Module on Chip)的高速标签模切机控制器设计方案,该控制器方案不仅可接收不同的图像识别信号,选择执行不同的模切动作,而且还支持组态编程实现不同的逻辑控制。控制器最高可输出4MHz的高速脉冲,并能够通过设置不同加减速曲线参数保证机械结构的平稳运行。One design of high speed motion controller based on CMC(Control Module on Chip)used on die-cutting machine is described in this paper.This motion controller could complete different diecutting behaves with the different image recognition input signals and also could support configuring and programming to realize different customer logical operations as well.The frequency of the output pulse signal could reach up to 4MHz.Further more,by optimizing the motion curve parameters ensures the machine works smoothly.
