摘  要:针对电缆感应类测井仪器电磁波测量信号动态量级大,低频长源距信号微弱,实时内零内刻,多通道切换等要求,设计了以单片机为核心的低噪声放大及采集电路,针对不同频率、不同幅度的原始测量信号和刻度信号进行高精度采样测量,针对短期噪声信号进行实时刻度量化,并针高动态范围信号刻度设计了分压刻度电路,满足实际设计需求,经实井测试,取得合格测井解释资料。Aiming at the requirements of large dynamic magnitude of electromagnetic wave measurement signal,weak low-frequency long source distance signal,real-time internal zero internal engraving and multi-channel switching of cable induction logging tools,a low-noise amplification and acquisition circuit with single chip microcomputer as the core is designed,high precision sampling measurement is carried out for the original measurement signals and scale signals with different frequencies and amplitudes,real-time scale quantization is carried out for the short-term noise signal,and a partial pressure scale circuit is designed for the signal scale of high dynamic range to meet the actual design requirements.After real well test,qualified logging interpretation data are obtained.
