摘　　要：本文主要介绍了化肥厂A、B、C锅炉输灰系统的工艺过程及仓泵控制方式,针对输灰系统仓泵出口气动双闸板输送阀故障率高的使用情况,重点分析了A、B、C锅炉输灰系统仓泵出口气动双闸板输送阀故障率高的原因,并提出了解决对策。This paper mainly introduces the technological process and bin pump control mode of the ash conveying system of the A/B/C boiler in the chemical fertilizer plant.In view of the high failure rate of the pneumatic double gate conveying valve at the outlet of the bin pump of the ash conveying system,the reasons for the high failure rate of the pneumatic double gate conveying valve at the outlet of the bin pump of the A/B/C boiler ash conveying system are emphatically analyzed,and the solutions are put forward.
