摘　　要：为提高心理健康咨询服务质量,促进咨询平台运行效率提升,基于Java2平台企业版(Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition,J2EE)设计心理健康咨询平台。将J2EE设计模式作为核心,设计心理健康咨询平台框架结构,并对平台中的Tomcat服务器等硬件进行选型。利用MySQL数据库,构建平台心理健康知识库。根据平台用户的咨询服务需要,为其匹配心理健康咨询师,实现在线咨询服务功能。通过对比实验验证设计平台的实际效果,实验结果表明:设计平台在多种用户并发条件下,平均咨询响应时间均明显缩短,能够提高平台运行效率,为用户提供更及时有效的心理健康咨询服务。In order to improve the quality of mental health consulting services and promote the efficiency of the consulting platform, a mental health consulting platform is designed based on Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition(J2EE). Taking J2EE design pattern as the core,the framework of mental health consulting platform is designed, and the Tomcat server and other hardware in the platform are selected. Build the platform mental health knowledge base by using MySQL database. According to the needs of the platform users for consulting services,match them with mental health consultants to achieve online consulting services. The actual effect of the design platform is verified through comparative experiments. The experimental results show that the average response time of the design platform is significantly shortened under the concurrent conditions of multiple users, which can improve the operating efficiency of the platform and provide users with more timely and effective mental health consulting services.
