摘　　要：在整体行业发展趋势放缓、中国移动通信集团公司IT系统大变革等背景下,需要推动运营商省级公司“数智化”转型,持续推进新基建,充分融合新要素来激发新动能,加快“上云用数赋智”,深化从传统业务支撑的“小IT”向高质量发展的“大IT”转变。通过分析移动运营商集中化模式下的IT支撑系统发展思路,构建适配未来发展的移动运营商IT支撑系统架构。Under the background of the overall industry development trend slowing down and the IT system revolution of China Mobile Communication Group Corporation,IT is necessary to promote the"digital intelligence"transformation of provincial-level companies of operators,continuously push forward new infrastructure,fully integrate new elements to stimulate new kinetic energy,speed up the"digital intelligence on the cloud"and deepen the transformation from"small IT"supported by traditional business to"big IT"with high quality development.By analyzing the development ideas of IT support system under the centralized mode of mobile operators,the architecture of IT support system for mobile operators is constructed to adapt to the future development.
