摘　　要：软件无线电播发系统是全球海上遇险与安全系统(Global Maritime Distress and Safety System,GMDSS)的重要组成部分,能够提供航行警告、气象警告、冰况报告、搜救信息以及气象预报等海上安全信息服务。介绍了海上软件无线电播发系统的作用与特点,提出了软件无线电播发系统总体设计结构,对系统硬件、软件及接口部分进行了研究,以此保障我国海上人员的生命和财产安全。Software radio broadcasting system is an important part of Global Maritime Distress and Safety System(GMDSS),which can provide maritime safety information services such as navigation warning,weather warning,ice condition report,search and rescue information and weather forecast.This paper introduces the functions and characteristics of the software radio broadcasting system on the sea,puts forward the overall design structure of the software radio broadcasting system,and studies the hardware,software and interface parts of the system,so as to ensure the safety of the lives and property of people on the sea in China.
