摘 要:为了降低数据中心空调能耗,数据中心行业内不断推广具有较高节能性的新型空调末端形式,但在系统运行调试初期也出现了一些供回水压差较小、阻力不平衡的问题。首先介绍了几种新型空调末端的基本原理、特点等;其次根据某典型水冷空调数据中心平面搭建一个包含各种新型空调末端系统的模型,对同一机房同类的最有利和最不利空调末端以及不同机房的不同类空调末端分别进行水力计算与分析,了解水力不平衡率;最后提出相应的解决方案,以供参考。In order to reduce the energy consumption of air-conditioning in data centers,new air-conditioning terminal forms with high energy saving are constantly promoted in the data center industry.However,at the initial stage of system commissioning,there are some problems such as small pressure difference between supply and return water and unbalanced resistance.Firstly,the basic principles and characteristics of several new air-conditioning terminals are introduced.Secondly,according to the plane of a typical water-cooled air-conditioning data center,a model containing various new air-conditioning terminal systems is built,and the hydraulic calculation and analysis are carried out for the most favorable and unfavorable air-conditioning terminals of the same kind in the same machine room and different air-conditioning terminals in different machine rooms,so as to understand the hydraulic imbalance rate.Finally,the corresponding solutions are put forward for reference.
