超高压线路检修作业远程遥控智能牵引装置研发

摘　　要：超高压线路检修作业中更换整串绝缘子、塔材、线路避雷器等较重器材或使用飞车修补导地线时,传统的方法是使用机动绞磨牵引,机动绞磨体积大且较为笨重,搬运困难。目前检修现场作业还停留在通过手势或喊话指挥绞磨作业的阶段,绞磨声音大、塔高、信号干扰等原因导致牵引整串绝缘子、线路避雷器等容易出现误操作情况,造成塔上人员就位难或出现误伤现象。针对存在的问题,通过创新结构设计、控制机构设计及直流电机驱动设计,研制了一种适用于超高压线路检修作业的远程遥控智能牵引装置。该牵引装置体积小、质量轻,使用无线遥控与无线传感监控主机的运行状态,针对过载或异常状态提前做出预警,监测数据与控制系统联动,能够实现远程遥控。When replacing the whole string of insulators,tower materials,line lightning arresters and other heavy equipment or using flying cars to repair the conductor and ground wires in the maintenance operation of ultra high voltage,the traditional method is to use a motorized grinder for traction,which is bulky and bulky,and difficult to carry.At present,the on-site operation of overhaul still stays at the command of the grinding operation through gestures or shouting.The loud grinding sound,tower height,signal interference and other reasons lead to misoperation of the whole string of insulators and line arresters,which makes it difficult for people on the tower to get in place or cause accidental injuries.Aiming at the existing problems,through innovative structural design,control mechanism design and DC motor drive design,a remote control intelligent traction device specially suitable for the maintenance of ultra high voltage lines is developed.The traction device is small in size and light in weight.It uses wireless remote control and wireless sensor to monitor the running state of the host,and makes an early warning for overload or abnormal state.The monitoring data is linked with the control system to realize remote control.
