摘　　要：在信息技术快速发展的背景下,无线通信技术日益成熟,为无线通信网络的多媒体视频、音频信号的有效传输创造了良好环境。目前,针对无线网络视频传输技术的研究仍然在不断发展,随着流媒体技术的升级,传输质量和效率在不断提高。以流媒体技术为背景,讨论无线网络视频编码技术,制定无线网络视频传输过程中视频信号的有效传输方案。In the background of the rapid development of information technology,wireless communication technology is increasingly mature,for the wireless communication network multimedia video and audio signal effective transmission has created a good environment.At present,the research on wireless network video transmission technology is still developing,and with the further upgrade of streaming media technology,the transmission quality and efficiency is constantly improved.Based on the streaming media technology,this paper discusses the wireless network video coding technology and develops the effective transmission scheme of video signal in the process of wireless network video transmission.
