摘  要:信号系统在城市轨道交通系统中有着十分重要的地位,而屏蔽门控制系统作为城市轨道交通系统中新增加的设备系统,其工作运行状态贯穿在信号系统中,整体协同工作的稳定性将直接影响地铁运营的安全稳定以及行车效率,一旦发生故障轻则产生列车晚点、停运等事故,重则使城市轨道交通路网秩序产生严重混乱甚至是运转瘫痪,影响市民正常出行。在工作中,由于缺乏有效的屏蔽门控制系统与信号系统接口端相关的监测设备,行业内能够提高设备可维修性的屏蔽门控制系统监测设备也极其匮乏,因此将以现有地铁信号屏蔽门控制系统为基础,为屏蔽门控制系统的接口端独立设计一套可显著提高设备可维修性的监测设备。当信号屏蔽门控制系统发生故障时,通过监测设备能快速定位出故障范围,缩短维修人员故障处理时间,提高设备的可维修性,最终保障列车的安全运营。Signal system plays a very important role in urban rail transit system.As a newly added equipment system in urban rail transit system,screen door control system runs through the signal system.The stability of overall collaborative work will directly affect the safety,stability and efficiency of subway operation.On the other hand,the order of the urban rail transit network is seriously chaotic or even paralyzed,affecting the normal travel of citizens.In work,due to the lack of effective screen door control system and signal system interface related monitoring equipment,screen door control system monitoring equipment that can improve the maintainability of equipment is also extremely scarce in the industry,so the existing subway signal screen door control system will be based on.A set of monitoring equipment is designed for the interface end of the screen door control system which can significantly improve the maintainability of the equipment.When the signal screen door control system fails,the monitoring equipment can quickly locate the fault range,shorten the troubleshooting time of maintenance personnel,improve the maintainability of the equipment,and finally ensure the safe operation of the train.
