摘　　要：随着我国信息技术不断深入发展,通信技术、网络技术等在社会发展中的应用范围逐渐广泛。在数字监控系统领域的发展中,传统的视频监控系统已经不能满足时代发展的需要,因此将现代化信息技术应用其中,打造数字视频监控系统,并且实现监控系统的智能化控制,为我国安保、消防、内部控制等工作提供直观的数字化视频基础。基于此,以数值视频监控系统为研究对象,以智能化实现的措施为研究方向,根据数字视频监控具备的特点,引出数字视频监控系统智能化实现方式,阐述智能化实现建设,为其发展奠定基础。As China’s information technology continues to develop in depth,communication technology,network technology,etc.in China’s social development in the application of a wide range of gradually,in the field of digital surveillance system development,the traditional video surveillance system has not been able to meet the needs of the times,so the application of modern information technology to create a digital video surveillance system,and to achieve intelligent control of the monitoring system,for China’s security,fire,internal control and other work to provide an intuitive digital video basis.Based on this,the numerical video surveillance system as the object of study,the intelligent realization of measures as the direction of research,through the digital video surveillance special features,lead to the digital video surveillance system intelligent realization of the way,to explain the intelligent realization of the construction,to lay the foundation for its development.
