摘　　要：农农村黑恶势力犯罪是影响农村地区社会治安秩序的主要因素之一,也是推进乡村振兴、平安乡村建设的脚石。其存在的原因非常复杂,包括农村人口结构发生变化、农村基层管理控制不力、农村基层权力滥用、农村基层干部理想信念缺失、综合素养不高等。为打击农村黑恶势力犯罪,必须坚持党的群众路线,依靠群众加大情报信息收集,强化信息化侦查手段,设立专门打击农村黑恶势力犯罪机构,建立打击长效机制,加大打击农村扫黑除恶力度,推进平安乡村建设。The crime committed by the rural mafia is one of the main factors that affect the social security order in rural areas,and it is also a stumbling block to promote rural revitalization and safe rural construction.The reasons for its existence are very complex,including changes in the rural population structure,weak management and control at the rural grassroots level,abuse of power at the rural grassroots level,lack of ideals and beliefs of rural grassroots cadres,and low comprehensive quality.In order to crack down on crimes committed by rural mafia,we must adhere to the Party's mass line,rely on the masses to increase information collection,strengthen information based investigation methods,set up special organizations to crack down on crimes committed by rural mafia,establish a long-term mechanism to crack down on crimes committed by rural mafia,increase efforts to crack down on rural mafia,and promote the construction of safe villages.
