摘　　要：公安教育训练工作是兴警之基、强警之要,是推进公安队伍革命化正规化专业化职业化建设的根本途径,是提高公安队伍整体素质和战斗力的重要保障,在队伍建设上居于先导性、基础性、战略性的重要地位。近年来,公安教育训练工作在各方面的共同努力下取得了一定成绩,队伍整体素质和战斗力有了显著提升,但由于受各种因素的影响,还存在一些不足。应从强化组织领导、严格教育管理、细化措施落实、创新机制、加强师资队伍建设、完善保障体系等方面,加强和改进公安教育训练工作。Public security education and training is the basis for promoting and strengthening the police,the fundamental way to promote the revolutionary,standardized,professional and professional construction of the public security team,an important guarantee to improve the overall quality and combat effectiveness of the public security team,and plays a leading,fundamental and strategic role in team building.In recent years,the public security education and training work has made some achievements under the joint efforts of all aspects,and the overall quality and combat effectiveness of the team have been significantly improved.However,due to various factors,there are still some deficiencies in the public security education and training work.The public security education and training should be strengthened and improved from the aspects of strengthening organization and leadership,strict education management,detailed implementation of measures,innovation mechanism,strengthening the construction of teachers,and improving the security system.
