皖南地区15种雨水花园植物耐淹性比较研究

摘　　要：雨水花园是海绵城市的重要设施,雨水花园中植物的配置需要考虑耐淹性。选取15种池州市雨水花园中常见园林植物进行耐淹性试验,试验分为对照组、水涝胁迫组,模拟雨水花园中植物在地表雨水径流的水淹胁迫下的生长情况。对CK、24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h、120 h等表观特征观察,综合分析不同植物的过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素(CHL)的变化,根据综合评价值确定植物的耐淹能力分级。结果表明:15种植物的耐淹能力依次为:一级:千屈菜、鸢尾、黄菖蒲、翠芦莉、八宝景天、美人蕉、芒;二级:麦冬、金鸡菊、萱草、花叶青木;三级:红花檵木、万寿菊、海桐、月季。The rain garden is an important facility of the sponge city,and the configuration of the plants in the rain garden needs to consider the flood tolerance.Fifteen species of common garden plants in rain gardens in Chizhou City were selected for flood tolerance test.The test was divided into control group and waterlogging stress group to simulate the growth of plants in rain gardens under the flooding stress of surface rainwater runoff.Observing the apparent characteristics of CK,24h,48h,72h,96h,120h,etc.,comprehensively analyzing the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,and chlorophyll(CHL)in different plants.The evaluation value determines the submergence tolerance rating of the plant.The results showed that the flood tolerance of the 15 plants were as follows:Level 1:Lythrum salicaria、Iris tectorum、Iris pseudacorus、Ruellia brittoniana、Hylotelephium erythrostictum、Canna indica、Miscanthus sinensis;Level 2:Ophiopogon japonicus、Coreopsis basalis、Hemerocallis fulva、Aucuba japonica var.variegata;Level 3:Loropetalum chinense var.Rubrum、Tagetes erecta、Pittosporum tobira、Rosa chinensis.
