水压致裂技术对于提高顶煤放出率的实践探究

摘  要:为解决2303工作面坚硬顶煤难冒放的困境,设计使用在工作面煤壁前方及顶部实施超前水压致裂的施工方案,并对系统整体布置、管路布置、钻孔参数等进行细化设计,经工业性试验得出水压致裂后煤块尺寸约为原来的45%,顶煤放出率由72%提升至84%,煤炭综合采出率由78%提升至87%,顶煤冒放性得到显著改善。In order to solve the difficult problem of hard top coal caving in 2303 working face, the construction scheme of implementing advanced hydraulic fracturing in front of and on the top of the coal wall of the working face is designed, and the overall layout of the system, pipeline layout, drilling parameters, etc. are refined. The industrial test shows that the coal block size after water pressure fracturing is about 45% of the original, the top coal caving rate is increased from 72% to 84%, and the comprehensive coal recovery rate is increased from 78% to 87%, The caving property of top coal has been significantly improved.
