摘 要:液压支架是用来控制采煤工作面矿山压力的结构物,其控制系统是实现液压支架升、降、推、拉的主要装置。针对传统的手动控制阀工作阻力大,人员操作费时费力,安全系数低的缺点,为了迎合当前煤矿发展趋势,实现煤矿减人增安提效的目的,特对液压支架传统的手动控制装置进行升级改造,使其达到智能化控制。The hydraulic support is a structure used to control the mine pressure of the mining working face, and its control system is the main device to realize the lifting, lowering, pushing and pulling of the hydraulic support. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional manual control valve, such as large working resistance, time-consuming and laborious personnel operation, and low safety factor, in order to meet the current development trend of coal mines and achieve the goal of reducing personnel, increasing safety and improving efficiency in coal mines, the traditional manual control device of hydraulic support is upgraded to achieve the goal of intelligent control.
