摘　　要：中国医用耗材市场规模3200亿元,其中高值医用耗材达到1500亿元,而冠脉支架作为高值医用耗材之一,几乎占到了全国高值医用耗材总费用的十分之一。由于价格高,需求大,冠脉支架成为了首批国家集中带量采购的耗材品种。本文以心脏冠脉支架国家集采为例,研究冠脉支架集采对患者、医院运营、医生的影响。结果显示高值耗材集采不仅能减轻患者负担,推动医院精细化管理,还能在一定程度上提高医生的阳光薪酬。因此,公立医院应把握改革机会,转变传统运营模式,完善绩效考核制度,促进医院高质量发展。China’s medical consumables market size is as large as 320 billion yuan,in which high-value medical consumables reach 150 billion yuan.Meanwhile,as one of the high-value medical consumables,coronary stent accounts for almost one-tenth of national total cost of high-value medical consumables.Due to its high price and great demand,coronary stent has become the first batch of consumables by national volume-based procurement.This paper takes national volume-based procurement of cardiac coronary stents as an example to study its influence on patients,hospital operations and doctors.Our results show that volume-based procurement of high-value consumables can not only reduce the burden of patients and promote the fine management of hospitals,but also improve the sunshine salary of doctors to a certain extent.Therefore,public hospitals should grasp the opportunity to transform the traditional operation mode,improve the performance appraisal system,and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.
