摘 要:近年来成都大熊猫繁育研究基地有多只幼年大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)发生以脱毛、脱屑和水肿为主要症状的皮肤癣菌病,通过综合应用临床诊断方法确认病原为石膏样小孢子菌(Microsporum gypseum),经药敏试验与临床实践筛选出局部外用萘替芬酮康唑等防治措施,最终取得满意效果。本研究对幼年大熊猫石膏样小孢子菌性皮癣病的流行病学、临床特点进行介绍,并对幼年大熊猫石膏样小孢子菌性皮癣病的诊断方法、致病机理以及防治措施进行阐述,可为大熊猫皮肤癣菌病的科学防治提供参考。In recent years, there have been several cases of dermatophytosis with hair removal,desquamation and edema in giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca) cubs at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. The pathogen was confirmed to be Microsporum gypseum by comprehensive application of a variety of laboratory diagnostic methods, and topical treatment of naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole attained satisfactory effect through drug sensitivity test and clinical practice. In this research, the epidemiology and clinical features of dermatophytosis caused by M. gypseum in giant panda cubs were introduced, and the diagnosis, pathogenesis and prevention measures of dermatophytosis caused by M. gypseum in giant panda cubs were elucidated after the clinical treatment and follow-up observation of the disease. This research aims to provide a reference for the scientific control and prevention of dermatophytosis in giant panda.
