摘 要:为探究临床具有神经症状的宠物鸡尾鹦鹉(Nymphicus hollandicus)的死因,对1只死亡鸡尾鹦鹉的心、肝、脾和肾等脏器进行病原菌分离纯化、革兰氏染色和生化鉴定,采用PCR方法对16S rRNA进行分子生物学鉴定,并对分离致病细菌进行体外药敏试验,采用RT-PCR方法检测NDV、IBV和CIAV。结果显示:分离细菌光镜下形态均为革兰氏阳性球菌,能够发酵乳糖和麦芽糖等糖类;根据16S rRNA同源性比对,该菌与鸟肠球菌(Enerococcus avium)菌株MT_604783.1的同源性达到99.8%,可确定分离菌株为鸟肠球菌;分离菌株对哌拉西林(PRL)和米诺环素(MIN)2种抗生素中度敏感,对其余18种抗生素存在不同程度的耐药;3种病毒检测结果均为阴性;动物回归试验结果显示分离菌株对雏鸡具有弱致病性,能够导致肺和心等多脏器出血病变。鸟肠球菌感染是本例鹦鹉发病死亡的重要原因。In order to investigate the cause of pet cockatiel(Nymphicus hollandicus) death with clinical neurological symptoms, this study conducted the separation and purification, gram staining and bacterial biochemical identification of pathogens in heart, liver, spleen and kidney of the dead cockatiel. Molecular biological identification of 16S rRNA was carried out by PCR method, and in vitro drug susceptibility test was carried out on the isolated pathogenic bacteria. NDV, IBV and CIAV were detected by RT-PCR method. The isolated bacteria are all gram-positive cocci under the light microscope, which can ferment sugars such as lactose and maltose. According to the 16S rRNA homology alignment, the homology between the strain and Enterococcus avium(MT_604783. 1) reached 99. 8%, so that the isolated strain can be determined to be E. avium. The isolates were moderately sensitive to two antibiotics, piperacillin(PRL) and minocycline(MIN), and had varying degrees of resistance to the remaining 18 antibiotics. The virus test results were negative. Animal regression experiments showed that the isolated strains were weakly pathogenic to chicks and could result in hemorrhagic lesions in multiple organs such as lungs and hearts in chicks. Our findings suggest that E. avium infection is an important cause of the morbidity and mortality of pet parrots in this case.
