摘 要:为了探究川金丝猴(Rhinopithecus roxellana)在不同季节和环境中皮质醇和Klotho激素水平的变化规律,以神农架国家公园大龙潭野外补食群(WG)、神农架姊妹峰笼养群(ZCG)和北京动物园笼养群(BCG)的川金丝猴为研究对象,随机采集各种群4个季节的粪便样品,运用ELISA法测定激素水平。结果显示:WG的皮质醇水平总体低于2个笼养群;WG在春季皮质醇水平极显著(P<0.01)低于秋季,BCG在夏季皮质醇水平极显著(P<0.01)高于其他季节,ZCG在各季节无显著差异。WG的Klotho水平只在春季极显著(P<0.01)低于2个笼养种群,其他季节3个种群间均无显著差异,BCG与ZCG年变化趋势相似,且二者在相同季节均无显著差异;WG的Klotho水平在春季显著(P<0.05)低于夏季和冬季,ZCG的Klotho水平在春季显著(P<0.05)高于夏季。相关性分析表明,不同种群间皮质醇和Klotho激素无显著相关性,笼养群不同性别个体间激素水平无显著差异。皮质醇和Klotho激素主要受环境条件和季节影响,研究为改进川金丝猴的繁殖和管理措施提供了科学依据。To investigate the changes in cortisol and Klotho hormone levels in golden snub-nosed monkeys(Rhinopithecus roxellana), this study selected golden snub-nosed monkey populations from Dalongtan wild group of Shennongjia National Park(WG), Zimeifeng captive group of Shennongjia National Park(ZCG) and Beijing Zoo captive group(BCG) as research subjects to determine them across different seasons and under different environmental conditions using ELISA. Fecal samples were randomly collected from these groups. The results showed that the total cortisol hormone level of WG was lower than that of the two captive groups, the cortisol hormone level of WG in spring was extremely significantly lower than that in autumn(P<0. 01), and the cortisol hormone level of BCG in summer was extremely significantly higher than that of other seasons(P<0. 01). The cortisol hormone level of ZCG did not significantly differ among all seasons. The Klotho level of WG was extremely significantly lower than that of two captive populations in spring(P<0. 01) and there was no significant difference among the three populations in other seasons. The annual change in BCG and ZCG populations was similar, and there was no significant difference between the two populations in the same season. The Klotho level of WG in spring was significantly lower than that in summer and winter(P<0. 05), and the Klotho level of ZCG in spring was significantly higher than that in summer(P<0. 05). There was no significant correlation between cortisol and Klotho hormone and there was no significant difference in hormone level between genders in captive populations. Cortisol and Klotho hormones are mainly affected by environmental conditions and by season, and this study provides a scientific basis for improving the breeding and management methods of golden snub-nosed monkeys.
