摘  要:圈养是濒危野生动物重引入的重要措施之一,为了阐明圈养与野生、散放与圈养条件下鸟类肠道菌群的差异,在Web of Science和CNKI数据库中检索已发表的中英文文献,提取肠道微生物群落数据并使用R(Meta)进行分析。结果表明:圈养与野生相比,鸟类肠道厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)的丰度显著增加,拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)的丰度显著下降,梭菌属(Clostridium)、拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)和双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)的丰度显著下降,而粪球菌属(Coprococcus)和布劳特氏菌属(Blautia)的丰度显著增加;散放与圈养相比,鸟类肠道拟杆菌门和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)的丰度显著增加,Olsenella的丰度显著下降。圈养对鸟类肠道菌群组成产生影响,散放会减轻一部分圈养的影响使其更接近野生鸟类。Captivity is one of the crucial measures to reintroduce endangered wild animals. This study aims to clarify the differences in bird intestinal flora between captive and wild, and between free-range and captive. Peer-reviewed Chinese and English literature were scanned and collected from Web of Science and CNKI platforms. The extracted intestinal flora data were analyzed using R(Meta). Compared with the wild, the abundance of Firmicutes in captive birds increased significantly, while the Bacteroidetes and Chloroflexi decreased significantly, the Clostridium, Bacteroides, Bifidobacterium decreased significantly, while the Coprococcus and Blautia increased significantly. Compared with the captive, the abundance of Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteria in free-range birds increased significantly and the Olsenella significantly reduced. Captivity will affect the composition of the intestinal flora of birds. But free-range will reduce some of the impacts from captivity and approach to the level as wild birds.
